We started Gridos in 2023 because the HR software on offer was built for other countries: payroll rules that did not fit Iraqi and Gulf pay, Arabic added as an afterthought, and implementations run from far away. Gridos is built the other way round: local pay rules first, Arabic and English side by side, and our own team doing the set-up with you.
